We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Shipping in Canada is by Canada Post or Purolator (this is dependant on the weight of the item ordered) and in the US by Fedex.

Returns & Refunds
Returns and Refunds are determined on a case by case basis and may require a restocking fee. Product must be in new condition in original packaging. Call our office at 306 933 2655 prior to returing any product.

At Kramble we stand behind our product 100%. We are committed to getting you back up and running as quickly as possible. In the event that your unit goes down while you are using it, we have a loaner program to keep you up and running. These units are sent to you at no cost until we get yours repaired and returned to you.

Our loaner system is designed for those that have a repair in or possibly are waiting for an order to be filled. A deposit is placed on an item and returned once the item is back to us. If returned with any damages we do hold any required service fees.
